Insurance is full of jargon. We can't rewrite the policy wording; that's the insurer's document and it must stay verbatim, but we promise to explain it so you truly understand what you're buying.
What we promise
Explain, never replace
Every explanation from Iris and the comparison page comes from the insurer's own policy wording and benefit tables: exact figures, nothing added or dropped. If anything ever differs, the insurer's original document controls.
The unflattering parts too
Exclusions, waiting periods, low sub-limits (the parts sellers rarely mention) are exactly what we point out before you buy. A customer who understands the policy today beats a customer disappointed at claim time.
Ask anything
No question is "silly." Ask Iris about any term, benefit, or scenario, and when she doesn't have verified information, she says so instead of guessing.
